  31. Enter a city in 1st line (+ time difference if it should be shown).
  32. Enter the time difference to your local time in the 2nd line.
  33. Save & Close "conf.txt" and open 2ndTime.exe.
  34. To exit 2ndTime:
  35. Click taskbar button with right mouse button and choose "Close"
